I am Lucrisia, a South African girl with a passion for travel. Since 2017 I have been working remotely as a General Manager then CEO for a South African based company. So remote work or freedom as I would like to call it has become my norm. I love interacting with people and learning about other cultures.
My husband and I traveled to South East Asia while working and visited 8 countries. Some countries we went back multiple times. Because let’s face it. Some things are too good to only do once.
I started freelance coaching in April 2019 while in Malaysia. I coach all my clients completely remotely. The reason I started getting into coaching is to help others wanting to have the freedom I have. It started out as a way of paying it forward now it’s turned into a passion. My goal now is to help people transition into a work from home environment as it’s not always easy but completely doable. Now that you know more about me I would like to know more about you. Send me a message and let’s have a chat.

Commonly asked Questions
These are some of the most commonly asked questions I get.
How does it work?
We have weekly sessions or 3 sessions a week. In these sessions, we work on your goals and finding clarity. After the first 5 sessions, we do custom sessions based on your needs and with each session covering a different aspect. At each session, we allocate time to work on new things that came up since your last session.
Example: if you are having trouble with managing your staff remotely. When we do our allocated time you get the opportunity to bring it up. Then we work on you getting clarity about the situation and setting short term goals and a plan to take action.
How did you start working remotely?
Well, this is not about me, it is about you and how you start finding your space in an online world might not be the same as mine. But, I started with a full-time remote employment. If you work hard before going remote you’ll certainly would have opened some doors. These doors help with the transition and building professional relationships.
I first considered doing some form of freelance administrative role online but I love working in start ups and when the opportunity came I took it. Every opportunity you say no to is a missed opportunity.
How can I help you?
I help you with the transition from office or full time employment to remote work. Focusing on your individual needs and helping you realise your full potential.
One of my goal is to help those who wants to be helped.
Send me a message with you question or book a session.
